We're a local husband and wife owned landscaping company. After a personal loss to cancer (my wife was previously widowed) we began to research environmental causes. We started GreenTech Landscaping because we were tired of using chemicals and poison on our yard and through the years have found a safer, more effective, and sustainable way

We started GreenTech Landscaping because we were tired of using chemicals and poison on our yard and through the years have found a safer, more effective, and sustainable way. We are now ready to share what we've learned with our neighbors and community!
Our desire is to create beautiful, safe outdoor spaces for you, your loved ones, and our community. With our own large family and cherished pets, as well as a passion to be good stewards of God's creation, we have seen firsthand the benefits of what we are calling "going Green." Recently we recognized the urgent need to transform traditional landscaping practices here in the Pacific Northwest. Our passion is to protect one of your most precious assets—your health—while preserving the beauty of nature.

John and Kathryn Goodrich, Founders
John is a veteran and Washington state native, He grew up in small town and has always had a love for nature. After retiring from the Navy, he moved to Burien where his wife Kathryn has lived for over 40 years. Together, they have been working ever since to create healthier and safer neighborhoods.

Kevin Smith, Regional Manager
A fellow veteran, and longtime friend of John's, Kevin joined the company to run the operations on Whidbey Island. Kevin is passionate about eliminating chemicals after a childhood asthma diagnosis.
As our company grows, we will be bringing onboard local family and friends as well as veterans. All employees are background checked to help ensure safety.

We also have a commitment to community. Every year a widow and a disabled veteran are selected to receive complimentary service for the year. It is a small way we can help support those who have given and/or lost so much.
